Val del Tasso almost seems like a small hamlet immersed in vineyards. In fact, this farmhouse comprises several rural buildings that have been thoroughly renovated, giving light to dry stone walls and exposed beams. Thus the atmosphere is warm and welcoming.
The bedrooms and apartments have been furnished with taste and elegance and immediately instil a feeling of relaxation.

Opening times: all year round except from January. Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening from 7.00 to 10.00 p.m. On Sunday also at lunchtime from 12.00 to 2.00.
Reservation: compulsory.

Typical dishes: pasta e fagioli (bean and pasta soup), tripe, home-made bigoli and maccheroncini with seasonal vegetable sauces. Barbecued meat, polenta with sopressa (kind of salami) or with rabbit. Fruit tarts, pastries, fogassa su la gradela (flat cake on the grill).
Facilities: breakfast, children’s playground.
Capacity: 80 places that in summer are accommodated in a large conservatory.
Sale of products: wine, fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables, cheese made in the alpine dairy farm of San Zeno.
Payment: cash and cheques.
